Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused on our digital products
- Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs
- Prepare contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Manage process improvement & project management in Tokopedia Digital Flight Product
- Acquire new partners to join Tokopedia Flight Platform and maintain relationship with existing partners
- Identify, plan and implement internal projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing lead time, improve customer journey and others
- Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a goal
- Manage expectation and achieve approval from the relevant parties Actively involved and monitor pilot program
- Provide management with regular status update
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven working minimum of 1 year in Flight industry
- Entrepreneurial drive Appetite for end-to-end complex problem solving
- Proficiency in English
- Broad knowledge of marketing strategy
- Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
- Strong analytical and creative thinking person
