Job Description
- Contribute to Cash Loan business OKRs with lending partners.
- Work cross-functionally with other BUs, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives.
- Oversee and manage the regular campaign, finance, and customer issue resolution process with Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and partner’s team.
- Work with analytics, research, and operations to provide customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in technology/financial services/or consulting industry.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of all growth strategies/marketing, and project/program management.
- Good to have financial services/fintech lending experience.
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams groups & divisions at all levels (e.g. management, team leaders, advisors).
- Good judgment and ability to work independently including self-motivation.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive and flexible attitude to work particularly new initiatives.
- Ability to produce statistical reports and presentations for a wide-ranging and specific audience.
