Job Description
- Develop and engage people on a daily basis of HSE activities, such as daily briefing/ TBM
- Do training as needed as per planning
- Plan & facilitate training for safety system and the use of building facilities
- Socialize, standardize, and socialize SMK3
- Do the BCP as needed
- Inspect any tools and inspection
- Implement daily maintenance programs of fire safety equipment (hydrant, sprinkler, fire detector, jockey pump, health, and safety facilities)
- Engage people to submit CARs and their execution
- Handle P3K (First Aid) in the area and monitor the supply of the necessary medicine
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in HSE field
- Experience as HSE Officer for minimum 3-4 years
- A3KU Certified
- ISO 14001 Certified
- Have handle investigation accident at work field
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and Training skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
