Job Description
- Will oversee the whole Talent Welfare Unit
- Engages on Benefit Execution, Policy Making, Code of discipline Implementation, Work-life integration activities
- Will oversee OSH related programs and DOLE compliances.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- People Management Skills
- Well exposed in Labor Relations, Employee Engagement and Records Management
