Job Description
Job Role
Responsible handling all preliminaries or preparation for fresh/perishable matters in store opening either new stores or remodelling.
with following tasks:
- Responsible to arrange all equipment Transmart Carrefour, especially for fresh equipment.
- Prepare checklist all the existing equipment to compare with the new equipment.
- Responsible to reduce CAPEX based on price equipment for stores.
- Ensure fresh equipment and others are ready for store opening.
- Develop new equipment for Fresh/perishable, based on price and quality.
- Coordinate with equipment supplier for inventory process.
- Working closely with operation team to manage and maintenance all new equipment for at least 1 year after store opening.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has experiences as store manager or opening project manager in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service/Supermarket/Hypermarket especially related with fresh or perishable is a must.
- Hard worker, excellent leadership skills, team work player.
- Willing to travel a lot.
