About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This mid-level role is ideal for an HR professional with at least five years of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational goals through effective employee relations, talent management, compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Guide managers and employees through performance review cycles.
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans and career development initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication.
- Support compensation reviews and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure HR practices comply with DOLE.
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation requirements.
HR Operations & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records data
- Generate reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Assist with payroll coordination where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
