As an HR and Admin Supervisor, you are responsible for the operationalization and continuous improvement of the HR and Admin processes in the Company to provide a positive employee experience for all team members of LENA.
Responsibilities may include:
Human Resource Management
- Mentoring HR & Admin Assistant/s, ensuring accurate and timely completion of HR tasks;
- Facilitating end-to-end talent acquisition activities, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, regularization and offboarding, with the support of the HR & Admin Assistant;
- Providing support in ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies;
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy guidelines;
- Promoting employee welfare through the administration of employee compensation and benefits, attending to employee requests, resolving employee inquiries and issues, and attending to other HR-related requests;
- Proposing and/or implementing employee engagement activities and programs;
- Proposing and/or implementing talent development activities and programs;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency; and
- Supporting the HR & Admin Manager in implementing new policies and programs aligned with company values and culture.
Administration
- Facilitating and/or mentoring HR & Admin Assistant/s in the administrative functions such as workplace management, project documentation, purchasing, accounting, and client billing, among others;
- Promoting knowledge management through ensuring quality, accessibility, and organization of company documents and paperwork;
- Ensuring alignment and compliance of third-party vendors with LENA’s policies and requirements;
- Maintaining digital assets (e.g., websites, social media, office emails); and
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of administrative processes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with some supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in office productivity tools
