- Develop project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets and resources allocation
- Oversee project execution, ensuring all milestones are achieved as planed
- Identify, monitor and manage project risks
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
- Manage changes and adjustments during project implementation
- Prepare and deliver project presentations to management and stakeholders
- Lead project teams and optimize team performance
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed specifications and standards
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams
- Other related jobs and responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management or related field
- Min 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Proficient in project management tools such as Click Up
- Having knowledge of Scrum, Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Having knowledge of Gantt Charts, Kanban Boards or Roadmaps
- Knowing of Web and Mobile apps, Software Development Life Cycle is a plus point
- Strong in communication, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Excellent in time management, well organized and 'make it happens' type person
- Good in negotiation and presentable
- Excellent team player and able to work
- Being able to speak Mandarin is a plus point
