Job Description

  • Lead the overall logistics department, overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the logistics team through task delegation, scheduling, quality checks, and performance development.
  • Ensure safe, organized, and well-maintained warehouse operations, including equipment and supply management.
  • Oversee accurate and timely order fulfillment, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and shipping while minimizing errors and expenditures.
  • Manage end-to-end inventory flow including receiving, storage, distribution, stock tracking, and monthly consolidated reporting.
  • Optimize inventory levels and purchasing to prevent stock shortages or overstocking through strategic supplier coordination.
  • Implement improvements in product packaging, handling processes, and sourcing to enhance efficiency, cost savings, and product protection.
  • Strengthen warehouse security systems and quality control measures to safeguard company assets.
  • Resolve logistics-related concerns and escalations, ensuring timely closure and effective coordination with technical teams, suppliers, and clients.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and events requiring logistics involvement, including coordination with other departments.
  • Develop and recommend KPIs, operational metrics, and process improvements to enhance performance and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of logistics or warehouse management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with logistics partners such as LBC and similar suppliers.
  • Strong background in inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Trustworthy, tactful, and highly dependable with a long-term commitment mindset.
  • Must reside in Quezon City or nearby areas due to hybrid setup requirements.

Note: Salary is negotiable.
