- Determine relevant information to be encoded, based on client needs and standards.
- Encode high-volume patient and demographic information using various system and programs.
- Check accuracy and ensure that the information being encoded to systems are correct prior to submission.
- Log and keep track of workload for proper record keeping.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good data enttry skills (40 WPM or better).
- Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
- Fast learner, must be able to quickly familiarize self to using different software/programs.
- Strong sense of confientiality, ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, Mondays to Fridays.
- Must be amenable to Work From Home.
- Must have reliable internet connection.
