- Define and own digital product requirements (features, user flows, UX, benefit & cost, benchmarking, and data analysis).
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from inception, SIT/UAT, launch, to post-production stabilization.
- Act as business-side project lead, managing scope, timeline, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
- Apply Agile/Scrum practices to drive effective backlog grooming, sprint delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Review and approve BRD, SR, FSD, prototypes, and UAT scripts to ensure business and regulatory alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, IT, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Operations) and external partners for API and platform integrations.
- Support issue resolution, audits, regulatory requests, and required product documentation.

- Willing to place in various clients e.g., banking, finance, insurance, automotive, manufacturing etc.
- PKWT Contract (extendable)

- Salary around 16 mio gross
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as Product Specialist / Product Owner / Business Product Lead in digital banking or financial services.
- Strong experience in digital banking products (Payments, Wealth, Financing, Liabilities, Registration, BaaS / Open API).
- Proven expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle, Agile/Scrum delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Solid skills in business analysis, requirement documentation (BRD, SR), UAT validation, and product governance.
- Strong understanding of digital UX, customer journeys, and data-driven decision making.
- Working knowledge of API integration, distributed systems, and scalable digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a high-ownership, can-do mindset.
- Scrum certification (CSM / PSM I) and banking industry experience are a strong plus.
