Quality Assurance  

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform testing for mobile applications (Android/iOS), web applications, and system integration (SIT).
• Conduct stress testing to ensure system performance and stability.
• Review and interpret Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to design effective test scenarios.
• Execute both white-box testing (backend/database validation) and black-box testing (business flow validation).
• Identify, analyze, and document bugs/errors found during testing, ensuring proper defect tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Developers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Create and execute SQL queries for backend testing.
• Perform API testing using Postman and verify integration with other systems.
• Utilize QA automation tools and performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results and ensure deployment readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) or similar role.
• At least 1 year of QA experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
• Proven experience in software development and strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Skilled in creating test plans and test cases using tools such as Jira.
• Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications (Android/iOS), web applications, and integration tests.
• Proficient in SQL (DML), Postman, and Microsoft Access.
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Katalon, K6, JMeter).
• Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Functional Specification Document (FSD) review.
• Capable of performing System Integration Testing (SIT), stress testing, white-box (backend database) and black-box (business flow) testing.
• Ability to create testing scenarios and write database queries.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving attitude, and high integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Readily available during business hours for communication.
