- Manages IT strategic plans, architecture artifacts, capacity reports, annual reports plan, and provides technology recommendations for Bank Implementation.
- Develop an Information Technology Strategic Plan (ITSP) aligned with the Bank's long-term business strategy.
- Develop and communicate the Information Technology Architecture (Data Architecture, Application Architecture, & Technology Architecture).
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an IT Architect or Solution Architect is required, along with at least 5 years of experience as a system analyst or developer
- Previous roles as a Solution Architect, Systems Architect, or IT Consultant.
- Experience with core banking systems, digital banking, and payment solutions.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, Basel III).
- Exposure to enterprise-level IT projects, cloud-based solutions and cyber-security will be valuable
- Ability to collaborate with business & IT teams
