- Gather and document business and system requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Coordinate with IT teams during system design, development, and testing.
- Create and execute test scenarios and support UAT.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain (mandatory).
- Good understanding of life or health insurance business processes.
- Experience in business process mapping, automation, and data analysis.
- Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear specifications.
- Skilled in designing and developing test scenarios and test cases.
- Familiar with SDLC and full software development lifecycle.
- Proficient in SQL (DML commands).
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Salesforce platform (certifications or project exposure).
- Familiarity with AS400/LifeAsia insurance systems and product setup.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
