Mobile Developer  

Job Description:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using React Native.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile application features based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, backend services, and third-party services.
• Implement efficient state management and application architecture to ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, reliability, and security across different mobile devices and operating system versions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and production incidents related to mobile applications.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code by following established coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards.
• Collaborate with the QA team to support testing, bug fixing, and application quality assurance.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, frameworks, and best practices in mobile application development and React Native.
• Contribute to the improvement of mobile application architecture, development processes, and overall user experience.

• Salary: 10,000,000 - 12,500,000 gross

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Mobile Application Development, with strong hands-on experience using React Native.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech industry is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of modern frontend development concepts, including component-based architecture, reusable components, and responsive UI development.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries or patterns such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, MobX, Zustand, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication services, and backend systems.
• Familiarity with modern frontend and mobile development technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Good understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application performance or stability issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile application deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store is preferred.
• Understanding of software security best practices, especially related to authentication, authorization, secure API integration, and sensitive data handling, is highly preferred.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English are an advantage.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period (ASAP).
• Willing and available to work onsite based on the company’s working arrangement.
