- Provide solutions and respond to user inquiries regarding the mobile application through chat, email, App Store, and Play Store platforms.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clear communication to support a positive user experience.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer inquiries and complaints for monitoring and service improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3), preferably in Communication, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or customer support roles.
- Familiar with mobile applications, especially in financial services or digital products.
- Strong communication skills with a polite and service-oriented attitude.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in a shift schedule and target-oriented environment.
