IT Business Analyst (INA)  

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as: BRD, FSD, TSD
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC process.
• Assist in system analysis, solution design, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support API integration analysis and database requirement discussions.
• Ensure documentation is well-structured, clear, and aligned with project standards.
• Participate in UAT support and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations

• Min 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in Banking industry
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in related fields (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc.).
• Strong academic performance (GPA ≥ 3 preferred).
• Experience or capability in preparing BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation (academic projects, internships, or training experience are acceptable).
• Basic understanding of: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), System architecture, API concepts, Database fundamentals
• Excellent technical writing skills with strong grammar and clear documentation structure.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (both spoken and written).
• Fast learner, proactive, and able to work under deadlines in a collaborative environment.
