- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Provide solution recommendations based on business needs and system capabilities.
- Perform historical data migration and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct system integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Act as a bridge between business users and the technology team for all system and data-related matters.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure project delivery stays on track and meets agreed timelines.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working in IT as a Business Analyst.
- Good understanding of insurance business processes.
- Experience in value-added insurance will be an advantage.
- Strong experience with relational and multidimensional databases, including data integration and transformation.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Able to create mockups using Figma.
- Able to design sequence diagrams and ER diagrams using Drawio or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to adapt in a fast-moving and changing environment.
