Sales and Marketing Officer

As our Sales and Marketing Officer, you’ll expand our network, strengthen client relationships, and help position our company as a trusted leader in the fintech industry.
Beyond sales, you will play a vital role in customer management and policy development, ensuring that every interaction reflects both operational excellence and integrity.

- Oversee customer assets and asset management such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and exchanges.
- Monitor transactions, account balances, and fund flow to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines
- Serve as the primary contact for EMI and VASP inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.
- Build and maintain customer relationships while analyzing feedback for service improvements.
- Manage FAQs, social media engagement, and community channels to strengthen trust and loyalty.
- Develop, maintain, and improve sales, marketing, and customer management policies and procedures.
- Ensure that customer processes comply with BSP, AMLC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to manage risk assessments and resolve flagged activities.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead digital marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Create educational content, webinars, and events to raise awareness of products and services.
- Analyze customer data to inform asset management and marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports on customer activity, asset performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Align sales and marketing initiatives with long-term growth objectives.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to customer engagement and asset management.
Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum of one (1) year job experience preferably in the related field.
- It is an advantage to have knowledge or experience in the Electronic Money Issuers (EMIs) and/or Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) industry or similar regulatory bodies.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience in writing policies and procedures is valued, though not required.
- It is a plus to have knowledge or experience of AMLA, BSP Circulars, and FATF guidelines.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines without employer visa sponsorship.
