Business Intelligence Analyst | Remote | Hybrid

It won’t just be a job of spreadsheets and reports – we’re looking for people who can build environments, bring the sense out from a sea of numbers, and most importantly, those who can provide insight into the state and direction of the business.

Responsibilities

• Understand internal and client processes and their value to the organization
• Design reporting methodologies to support strategy and monitor performance
• Analyze business needs and turn operations data into actionable information
• Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency through data insights
• Build integrations between client systems and Wideout tools
• Audit data integrity and define and enforce data input wand management processes

• 3+ years of Business Intelligence
• Well-versed with Google Data Studio, Power BI, and other data visualization tools
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Highly developed analytical experience in business and data manipulation skills, with expertise in coding using SQL
• Knowledge in API codes and REST API
• Experience in operations management a plus
• BPO background is also a plus
• Must be amenable to working US hours
