Duties & Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Meet with stakeholders to understand their business needs, processes, and constraints. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and observations.
- Business Process Mapping: Document the current ('As-Is') business processes, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- ERP Process Alignment: Translate the business processes into ERP system requirements, ensuring that the 'To-Be' processes leverage the ERP's capabilities effectively.
- Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between current processes and the capabilities of the ERP system, and suggest ways to bridge these gaps either through customization, configuration, or business process changes.
- Documentation: Produce detailed requirement specifications, use cases, and functional specifications that can be handed over to the technical team for implementation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team, guiding them through the ERP implementation and ensuring that the business requirements are met.
- Testing: Develop test scenarios and cases, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the implemented system meets business needs.
- Training: Aid in developing training materials and provide training to end- users on the new processes and systems.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding on both sides.
- Continuous Improvement: After implementation, monitor the effectiveness of the new processes and recommend further enhancements or refinements.
- Perform other management required tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Typically a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with one or more ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a business analyst, ideally in ERP-related projects.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and an ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of databases, system architectures, and other technical components that underlie an ERP system.
