Recruiting Operations Intern

XWORK, the leading online private office, meeting room and event space software company, is seeking an intern! We are looking for an intern to support our growing and energetic Recruiting team. This is a paid internship and we will complete any required documentation or paperwork to earn internship credit for school.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the recruiting process

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating onsite interviews

• Support HR team with various tasks including data entry
• Scan, file, and archive paperwork ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive employee information

• Run HR errands, as needed

• Assist with special projects and research

• Work proactively with other team members

• Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on multiple projects

• Handle employee requests and deliver quality solutions if able, or escalate requests to a more senior team member

• Perform other office duties as needed

Skills & Requirements

• Full time student status

• Current senior

• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher is required.

• The ideal candidate will be able to work for 20-29 hours per week

• Long term career interest in HR/Recruiting is preferred

• Capable of using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Ability to drive or commute to office

• Prior office experience preferred, but not required
