Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Assisting in the company administration and client adminsitration.
- Control inventory circulation, including equipment and office supplies.
- Assist in organizing, providing, and preparing the needs of the director and the company.
- Monitor office cleanliness and the performance of the cleaning service staff
- Monitor stock levels of amenities, inventory, stationery, etc.
- Manage petty cash from the director
- understand payroll using e banking system

PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company's client.
What we're looking for
- Have at least i year experience as Personal Assistant.
- Strong background in accounting, Administration, or related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, have experience in consultant is plus.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skill.
- Willing to relocate to Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
