Key Responsibilities:
A. Branch Operations & Administration
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with Company policies.
2. Supervise administrative functions, including documentation, reporting, and branch recordkeeping.
3. Coordinate with support functions (Accounting, HR, Admin, Legal, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency.
4. Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
B. Sales Leadership & Execution
1. Lead, motivate, and coach the branch sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
2. Develop strategies to enhance client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
3. Personally meet sales targets while supporting the team in achieving theirs.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
5. Maintain 100% accurate, updated, and properly documented sales records, ensuring that all leads, client information, and sales activities are logged and progressed in the pipeline within the required turnaround time.
C. Team Development & Management
1. Recruit, train, and mentor branch sales staff and administrative personnel.
2. Identify high-potential individuals and support their career growth within the Company. 3. Facilitate training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
D. Network Development
1. Build and manage a network of freelance sales agents to expand branch outreach.
2. Develop incentive programs and recognition plans for sales agents to drive engagement and results.
E. Liaison & Reporting
1. Act as the main point of contact between the branch and the main office.
2. Prepare and submit regular branch reports, including sales performance, operational issues, and staff updates.
3. Ensure alignment of branch activities with Company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in sales, preferably within the lending or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and managing sales targets.
- Experience in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management within the lending industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports to improve business strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
