- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Legal preferably in the mining or energy industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations, including the Mining Law (UU Minerba) and its implementing regulations.
- Strong legal analysis skills with high attention to detail and a practical problem-solving approach.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel to mining sites when required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Provide legal support and advice to management and business units related to mining operations and corporate activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including but not limited to: Mining cooperation agreements, Sales and purchase agreements, Service agreements (contractors, vendors, hauling, etc.).
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly in relation to: Mining and energy regulations, Environmental laws, Manpower and employment laws
- Manage and monitor corporate and operational licenses.
- Perform other legal duties as assigned by management.
