Technical Assistant  

As Technical Assistant, you will provide proactive support and assistance to the CHRO in efficiently and smoothly managing the department and meeting its objectives. The role involves analysis of information, offering a broad range of ideas and diverse perspectives, using a variety of approaches, techniques, strategies, resources and innovative thinking to find solutions to challenges and provide well documented assessments and reports. This position ensures that the CHRO’s directives, required information/data and updates on programs initiatives are communicated accurately and in a timely manner with the CHRO’s direct reports and other executives, while maintaining confidentiality in sharing information and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Human Resources to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Coordination - Works closely and coordinates with all direct reports of the CHRO and department TMs as necessary. Communicates directly and on behalf of the CHRO (as directed by the CHRO), for program/initiative updates and other data/info needed from direct reports and other executives.
• Technical Assistance - Works closely and effectively with the CHRO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a “barometer”, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Group Head updated. Helps CHRO make consistent decisions by advising her with historical precedents. Manages calendar, appointments and meeting schedules. Maintains a log of organizations/POCs expressing an interest in working in relation to HR.

What You Will Need:

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or relevant field
• Professional: At least 2 years experience in technical assistant work or related field
