Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Design and build innovative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and blogs.
  2. Produce and edit content in various formats, including videos, carousel, single images, and blog articles, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
  3. Operate and optimize content across multiple platforms, ensuring timely posts, consistent messaging, and has an active engagement.
  4. Supervise our social media starting from performance metrics, analyzing the happening trends and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to align content strategies with business goals and campaigns.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Join Algoritma, founded in 2017 to democratize data science education and empower individuals and organizations to harness the power of data for positive impact. We provide corporate training, programming workshops, and bootcamps, all grounded in a hands-on, learn-by-building methodology.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in amplifying our mission, connecting our training programs with those eager to make a difference through data. Your work will help us build a vibrant and engaging social media presence, inspiring communities to explore the transformative potential of data science with Algoritma.

What We Need:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Communication, Marketing or a related field
  2. Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, Capcut, or similar tools.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  4. Proven experience in creating high-quality content (video, graphics, and written) would be a plus point
  5. Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement.
  6. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesia, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
