Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This is a unique role for someone with a blend of expertise in AI and a passion for teaching. As a Knowledge Expert, you will work at Algoritma to design, develop, and deliver high-quality educational content on Enterprise AI and related topics. You will be responsible for creating engaging learning materials, conducting workshops, and connecting business problems to Supertype's suite of products (e.g. Sectors Financial AI Suite). You are typically the first point of contact for potential customers who want to learn about how AI can play a role in their business, and you will take a consultative approach to advocate for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop educational content on Enterprise AI, including courses, workshops, and training materials.
  • Conduct engaging and informative workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the product and business teams to connect educational content to Supertype's suite of products.
  • Perform a consultative role in engaging with potential customers, and connect their business problems to the right products and services.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Deep understanding of Sectors Financial AI Suite and a willingness to be the go-to expert on our products
  • Programming expertise: Python, SQL, and familiarity with LLMs and RAG technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Consulting or other developer advocacy experience is a bonus but not required; we are open to candidates with a strong passion for teaching and a deep understanding of AI, even if they don't have formal experience in a consulting or advocacy role.
