Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitoring the Astra Financial business units in carrying out their roles and responsibilities as stated in the applicable risk management policies/regulations/guidelines.
- Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring all risks within the company as stated in the applicable risk management policies/regulations/guidelines.
- Monitoring risk limits and top risks of Astra Financial business units, as well as reporting to management on a regular basis.
- Coordinating, consolidating, and preparing Astra Financial Conglomerate risk management reports for submission to the regulator.
- Developing risk management culture programs within the company and across the Astra Financial group, including through socialization and/or training.
- Planning, implementing, and documenting the implementation of risk management as stated in the applicable risk management policies/regulations/guidelines.
- Preparing data and analysis required for management reporting.
- Providing advisory services related to risk management implementation to relevant functions or companies within the Astra Financial group when needed.
- Developing procedures related to the implementation of risk management in accordance with applicable policies/regulations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of work experience in risk management and Financial Conglomerate reporting.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
