- Develop and Conduct governance supervision program for Astra Financial holding to their Financial Services subsidiary
- Develop and Conduct Compliance Programme for Conglomeration Group (POJK 30/2024)
- Develop Policy and Standardization Document to be implemented in Astra Financial Holding
- Conduct data consolidation, data analysis and reporting to OJK
- Conduct analysis and acting as Project Monitoring on implementing emerging laws and regulation related to the company and its Financial
- Maintain Communication with External Stakeholder (Government Bodies ex: OJK, BI, Kominfo, KPPU, etc. and Association of Industry)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor of Laws/Finance/Economy or Related Major
- Min. 2 to 5 Job Experience preferably from Reputable Bank or other Financial Institution and/or Conglomeration Company
- Familiar with OJK reporting and regulation in Financial Services sector
- Having good Communication, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal to engage with other Department in and outside the company
- Having good analytical and problem solving
