About this Position
We are looking for a Product Development Manager who is responsible for driving the end-to-end development of new products within the household and commodities categories. This role conducts market and consumer analysis, leads cross-functional execution, manages vendor and regulatory processes, and ensures product launches that meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Job Description
As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Lead the full product development lifecycle, from market research, concept creation, costing, packaging development, product testing, regulatory approval, through to commercial launch.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities by analyzing consumer insights, market trends, competitive landscape, and category performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Category Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of all product development activities.
• Manage project timelines, vendor communication, and sample coordination, ensuring seamless progress and issue resolution across both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain complete product documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards, BPOM requirements, and any other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and present product briefs and development documentation (e.g., BRD/PRD, development proposals, progress reports) to internal stakeholders and management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in New Product Development — preferably in household, non-food, and commodities living categories.
• Preferable background in FMCG, Retail, Private Label industry
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end product development cycles and manage multiple SKUs simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, ambitious, and organized with strong ownership and bias for action.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
