About this Position

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who is passionate about combining strong visual fundamentals with the latest AI-powered design tools. This role will focus on producing high-quality visual assets for marketing and campaigns while continuously exploring AI workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Design high-quality visual assets including marketing collateral, social media content, campaign key visuals (KVs), and other branding materials.
• Leverage both traditional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and AI-driven creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Photoshop AI, ChatGPT, Google Gemini) in the creative process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual executions.
• Research, test, and apply the latest AI design trends, tools, and workflows to improve output quality and speed.
• Customize, refine, and enhance AI-generated assets to ensure alignment with brand identity and quality standards.
• Maintain visual consistency across all designs while experimenting with innovative AI-powered concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Ensure final assets are optimized for both digital and print usage.

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing visual and creative skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E, Photoshop AI features, or similar.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to adapt and polish AI-generated outputs into refined, brand-compliant designs.
• Creative mindset with strong curiosity toward new technologies in design and marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills, especially for freelance or fast-turnaround projects.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills would be a great plus
