- Manage and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for fresh products on a regular basis (every 2–3 days), including additional PO from Sales due to force majeure or demand spikes.
- Conduct vendor mapping for 200+ fresh produce SKUs, ensuring the right vendor allocation for each product.
- Allocate supply quantities across multiple vendors (e.g. 1,000 pcs split into 5 vendors) based on delivery performance, quality, and pricing.
- Perform weekly vendor price updates and negotiations, including system updates in WMS and regular vendor monitoring.
- Monitor inbound processes from vendors to warehouse, ensuring on-time delivery and managing potential delays or rejections.
- Actively participate in daily OOS meetings and daily operational updates related to supply and demand.
- Join weekly reviews and cross-functional (BAU) meetings to ensure operational alignment across teams.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in Category Management, Brand Management, or Trade Marketing
- Proven ability to handle category management initiatives and manage multiple SKUs simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, ambitious, and organized with strong ownership and bias for action.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
