- Develop and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions (WI) across fulfillment, production support, packing, and inventory operations
- Standardize operational processes including order flow, packing standards, inventory handling, and SLA compliance
- Monitor operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, fulfillment performance, packing accuracy, throughput, and shrinkage
- Conduct process compliance audits and identify operational gaps or improvement opportunities
- Analyze operational issues and error trends, then translate findings into process improvements and updated SOPs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational change management projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory and outbound operational standards
- Support implementation of automation and operational efficiency initiatives across operations
- Prepare regular operational performance and process health reports for stakeholders
- Participate in operational review meetings and present process improvement updates
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations excellence, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or process improvement roles
- Strong understanding of SOP development, inventory control, and operational processes
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with operational data, KPI tracking, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, FMCG, warehouse, or production operations is a plus
