About the Role
As an Inventory Operations Associate, you’ll support the team in keeping inventory healthy and operations running smoothly. You’ll work with data to monitor stock movement, spot issues, and help the team find practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Monitor inbound, capacity, and outbound performance and highlight any gaps.
- Track inventory health, including DOI, bad stock, and stock movement.
- Help analyze inventory issues and support initiatives to reduce bad stock.
- Support capacity planning and inventory rebalancing across hubs.
- Follow up on pending SO/PO and other inventory movements.
- Support day-to-day inventory processes such as RTV, write-off, internal consumption, and backhaul.
- Help with ad-hoc analysis and operational requests when needed.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Hub teams to solve inventory-related issues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
- 1–3 years of experience in Inventory, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, or Operations.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized in following up on tasks.
- Willing to be hands-on and learn about inventory operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- SQL or BI tools experience is a plus
