- Manage category performance and portfolio of existing products.
- Identify and validate new product opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and price monitoring, competitive analysis.
- Build and execute category strategies for sales, margins, and customer penetration for Dairy's Product.
- Product & Assortment Management: Own SKU rationalization, assortment expansion, and product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Product Development, Campaign, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
- Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, and samples to ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in Category Management, Brand Management, or Trade Marketing — preferably in Food & Beverages categories.
- Proven ability to handle category management initiatives and manage multiple SKUs simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, ambitious, and organized with strong ownership and bias for action.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
