About this Position

We are looking for a Development Portfolio Manager who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end New SKU onboarding process, monitoring assortment performance, and driving process improvements to support assortment expansion and operational efficiency.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Manage the end-to-end New SKU process, from pipeline tracking and approval to onboarding and projection.
• Monitor and manage the New SKU pipeline across multiple commercial teams, ensuring SKU progress is aligned with agreed timelines and SLA.
• Review and approve New SKU submissions by ensuring the required information, registration, and certification are complete and ready for onboarding.
• Prepare New SKU projections by forecasting upcoming SKU volume to support assortment and inventory planning.
• Identify potential bottlenecks, delays, and process gaps in the New SKU journey and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor Search No Result (SNR) and other relevant indicators to identify product discoverability and assortment gaps.
• Translate data and performance findings into actionable recommendations for Commercial, Supply Chain, Campaign, and Merchandising teams.
• Track agreed action plans and follow up with stakeholders to ensure improvement initiatives are implemented and performance gaps are addressed.
• Collect, consolidate, and process data from multiple sources to support assortment planning and business decision-making.
• Maintain accurate trackers and reporting for New SKU pipeline, onboarding progress, projections, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data teams to improve reporting, automate repetitive processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing business processes and SLA.
• Prepare regular reporting and insights, including weekly New SKU performance reports and monthly SNR analysis, and highlight key findings, risks, and areas requiring attention.

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, commercial, merchandising, category management, supply chain, business analysis, or project management.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and project experience are also welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to work with large datasets and build structured trackers and reports.
• Familiarity with SQL, Google Query, or other data tools is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or assortment/category management is highly preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, tasks, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proactive ownership, with the ability to identify gaps, follow up with stakeholders, and drive tasks to completion without constant supervision.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, numbers, trackers, and operational reports.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and continuously changing environment.
• Able to adapt quickly to new trends, tools, and ways of working.
