Seasonal Customer Service Representative  

We are looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team from November through March. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, reliable, and professional individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will ensure that all communications reflect our company’s high standards of service, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in data entry and operational support tasks.

This is a seasonal position requiring full commitment during the contract period — no vacations, personal leaves, or schedule conflicts during this time.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or clear Western accent.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and data entry accuracy.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Must be fully available from November through March (no schedule conflicts, vacations, or personal plans).
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace (for remote positions, if applicable).
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field is a plus.
