- Develop, review, and update the Bank’s policies and procedures
- Ensure policies and procedures are aligned with business needs and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support policy and procedure implementation
- Maintain and manage policy and regulatory documentation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Policy & Procedure, Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields
- Familiar with developing and reviewing policies and procedures
- Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
