Asisten Manajer Route, Network & Vehicle  

Summary :

Responsible for managing operations in terms of vehicles, scheduling, licensing, driver, and managing purchasing and distribution activities. Implementing strategies and evaluating target achievements. This position is also responsible for ensuring the quality of Cititrans services meets established standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for maintaining smooth operations and support in each region. In carrying out his work, will be supported by all Supervisors who are under the auspices of the Regional Department and also Head Quarters.

2. Regular monitoring for the following matters:

a. Number of vehicle departures and number of passengers.

b. Number of active, standby and damaged vehicles.

c. Number of Drivers availability.

d. Departure schedule from each Cititrans Pool.

3. All documents related to company permits and operational vehicles are complete and not expired.

4. All company assets are registered and secure.

• Bachelor Degree preferably from Industrial Engineering or Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience at Supervisor level in Transportation Industries.
• Good knowledge about vehicle maintenance.
• Have good leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Capable of data analysis, especially using Excel.
• Willing to be placed at Cititrans Bandung.
