- Review delivery-related customer complaints pre-filtered by the Customer Service team and coordinate directly with merchants to drive resolution in accordance with SLA.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants regarding delivery issues, returns, and fulfillment-related inquiries.
- Manage day-to-day fulfillment processes including delivery, return, and refund coordination with internal teams and merchants.
- Process and validate data change requests from Customer Service, Warehouse, and Offline Store teams accurately.
- Monitor daily delivery status to minimize cancellations and identify potential fulfillment risks.
- Escalate merchant or operational issues that may impact SLA performance and customer experience.
- Maintain basic operational reports and documentation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum D3/S1 from any major.
- 0–1 year experience in fulfillment, logistics, merchant support, customer service, or e-commerce operations (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and confident in communicating with external partners (merchants).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, filters; pivot table, vlookup is a plus).
- Able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Domicile in West or South Jakarta is a plus.
