Senior Social Media Strategist  

Responsibilities:

- Develop content plans, creative concepts, and social-first ideas and activities based on brand objectives, audience insights, and platform behavior.

- Monitor and report social media performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.

- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

- Confidently present products on camera and translate product USPs into appealing, natural, and compelling selling points during content creation.

- Connect with the community, build meaningful engagement, and foster ongoing conversations with the audience

.Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing

- Strong social media strategy & content planning skills

- Strong creative thinking & trend awareness

- Strong analytical & reporting skills

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Strong community engagement skills

- Comfortable and confident as an on-camera talent

- Experience in campaign development & execution

- Able to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally

- Strong understanding of social media platforms & audience behavior
