Recruiter Internship  

Job Description:

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and organized records.
• Support administrative tasks related to recruitment such as sending interview invitations, tracking candidate progress, and preparing recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or Final-year student in related study program.
• Have experience in Recruiting is a plus
• Proficient in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and leveraging recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.
• Ability to comprehend technical job specifications and possess basic knowledge of relevant technologies in the industry.
• Capable of building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams and effectively communicating job expectations.
• Ability to analyze recruitment needs and develop new methods to find the best talent.
• Familiarity with administering assessments like DISC, GMT, logic tests, and coding assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
