Position - Software Engineering - Application Designer
Bussines Analyst
- Analyze existing system behavior, code, and documentation to understand functionalities and workflows.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements in System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Conduct requirement workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Create detailed Test Suites based on business and system requirements.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and document test results.
- Identify, analyze, and track defects while working closely with developers for resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting users with test scenarios and clarifying system behavior.
- Coordinate between clients, business users, and development teams to ensure requirements and solutions are aligned.
- Provide recommendations to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Required Skills
- Strong Business Requirements Analysis experience.
- Experience in Business Analysis / System Analysis.
- Strong experience creating SRS / System Requirement Specifications.
- Experience creating Test Suites and Test Cases.
- Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT.
- Strong SDLC knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-management skills.
- Ability to understand existing system behavior, workflows, and functional logic.
- Experience in defect identification, documentation, and resolution coordination.
- Basic Java knowledge is a plus.
