Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Cooperating with company Head office to implement Global Sales & Marketing Strategy into globally by Marketing Event Support, Sales Training, etc
- Maintain positive professional relationships with local government, association and local eco partners by joint events and business activities
- Provide company product/sales training to local partners to improve sales skill
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. S1 Graduate from any major
- Experience in sales or marketing from B2B or B2C Outsourcing, & Recruitment Agency
- Experience in marketing and/or sales more than 3 years
- Good Communication skill
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Enthusiasm for the Recruitment Agency & Outsourcing
