Podcast Producer  

We’re looking for a creative and organized Podcast Producer to serve as the showrunner for various podcast projects. This person will take ownership of guiding shows from concept to execution—handling everything from content development to guest coordination and post-production feedback. If you’re passionate about storytelling, podcasting, and collaborating with creatives, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and shape compelling episode content and story arcs
• Pitch creative segment ideas and guide overall show direction
• Coordinate with hosts, talents, and guests to ensure smooth production flow
• Handle logistics including scheduling, booking, and preparing show materials
• Collaborate with production and editing teams to bring episodes to life
• Provide detailed feedback on episode edits to ensure high production quality
• Monitor podcast trends and audience feedback to continuously improve output
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in content production, media, or podcasting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Confident in managing creative projects and collaborating with multiple teams
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively to lead shows toward consistent improvement.
