Finance Director  

The Finance Director will lead and take ownership of the Group’s finance function, providing Management and the Board with strong financial oversight, analysis and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management, controls, analysis and management reporting, with a strong focus on margins and profitability
• Own budgeting, cash management, sales forecasting and scenario planning
• Establish and monitor key financial KPIs, including receivables, billings and cash flow
• Oversee tax, audit, compliance and financial risk management
• Advise on capital allocation, including foreign exchange, investments, dividends and retirement funding
• Support strategic financial planning, including Group structure and business valuation
• Develop clear and meaningful financial reporting for Management and quarterly Board meetings
• Lead and develop the existing finance and accounting team

• Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a Finance Director, Head of Finance or similar role
• Strong financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
• Strong understanding of Philippine tax, audit and financial compliance
• Commercially minded and able to provide strategic financial advice to senior management and shareholders
• Experience leading and developing a finance/accounting team
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and building/improving financial processes and reporting
• CPA qualification preferred
