- Create and edit creative TikTok videos for brand awareness and marketing
- Research TikTok trends and develop relevant content ideas
- Act as on-screen talent or voice-over when needed
- Collaborate on monthly content planning
- Monitor and analyze content performance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Active and experienced TikTok user
- Highly creative and takes initiative, bringing fresh ideas to social media strategies.
- Experienced with photo and video editing apps (e.g., Canva, VN, Capcut); proficiency in Adobe apps (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, AfterEffect) is a plus.
- Strong interest in real estate or property content
- Cheerful, creative, and highly familiar with TikTok trends, effects, sounds, and algorithms
- Confident to speak or appear on camera and do voice-overs
- Up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Willing to work with high mobility, adaptable to on-location shoots.
