- Carry out and coordinate activities related to industrial collaboration, including building and maintaining partnerships with companies and industry stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of student and alumni career development programs, such as internships, job placements, career talks, workshops, and recruitment events
- Facilitate collaboration between industry partners and internal stakeholders to enhance student employability and career readiness
- Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating career development initiatives aligned with institutional goals
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
- Possess strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to work well with different stakeholders
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with internal and external parties
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology
