Junior Creative for Gen App  

Role Overview

We are looking for a recent graduate who is actively exploring video creation and AI-driven image and video tools. You may have experience shooting short films, creating content for TikTok or YouTube, experimenting with tools such as Runway, Kling, or ElevenLabs, or producing AI-generated visuals for personal or academic projects.

In this role, you will create visual content, develop AI-powered creative workflows, and contribute to the development of new AI-driven products and applications. This is a discovery-oriented position where you will help define how AI is used to produce compelling creative work at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Produce visual content for digital and product channels

Create high-quality images, short-form videos, and motion content using AI image and video generation tools. Deliver assets aligned with creative standards across digital, social, and product platforms.

• Build and document creative production workflows

Design end-to-end production pipelines using tools such as Kling (video), Nano Banana (image), and ElevenLabs (voice). Optimize workflows, improve output quality, and document processes for scalability and team adoption.

• Support AI-driven product development

Collaborate with R&D and IT teams on AI-powered products and features intended for external and market-facing use. Translate creative ideas into proof-of-concept outputs that inform product direction.

• Develop prompt engineering and tool fluency

Build expertise in prompting, model selection, and parameter tuning across image, video, and audio tools. Maintain a structured library of prompts, references, and visual style guides.

• Continuously explore and learn AI technologies

Track emerging models, tools, and techniques in the AI space. Conduct experiments, test new platforms, and share insights that contribute to improving creative outputs and workflows.

• Apply strong creative judgment

Go beyond default AI outputs by applying thoughtful creative direction. Develop a clear perspective on what makes work feel intentional, refined, and original, and consistently apply it.

• Image Generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Nano Banana, OpenArt
• Video Generation: Runway, Sora, Pika, Kling, Luma, HeyGen, Synthesia
• Voice & Audio: ElevenLabs
• Design Platform: Canva AI Pro

• Recent graduate from any field (e.g., Communications, Multimedia Arts, Film, Fine Arts, Design, Computer Science); self-taught creators are also welcome.
• Has produced at least one short video (personal project, academic output, or freelance work) that demonstrates storytelling and visual sensibility.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for image and/or video generation, with a portfolio of created work.
• Demonstrates genuine curiosity about AI, including both its applications and underlying concepts.
• Strong visual sense, including composition, color, motion, and pacing.
• Able to work in ambiguous environments and quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Preferably resides near the Quezon City office to support a hybrid work setup.
• Willing to work on a project-based engagement.
• Portfolio is required.
